About the Role
Object 1 Real Estate is seeking a highly experienced Piling Estimator with a minimum of 20 years of experience in foundation and piling works, particularly in high-rise building projects.

- Prepare detailed cost estimates for piling, shoring, excavation, and foundation works
- Review tender drawings, specifications, BOQs, and geotechnical reports
- Analyze project requirements and prepare accurate quantity take offs
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project teams during tender stage
- Obtain quotations from suppliers and subcontractors
- Evaluate project risks, construction methods, and costing strategies
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals for clients
- Ensure all estimates comply with project specifications and company standards
- Participate in tender clarification meetings and negotiations
- Maintain database of material, labor, equipment, and subcontractor rates
Requirements
- Minimum 20 years of experience as a Piling Estimator
- Strong experience in high rise tower projects and deep foundation systems
- UAE/GCC experience is highly preferred
