About the Role
As a Logistics Analyst 1 here at Honeywell, you will play a vital role in supporting the optimization and management of our logistics operations. You will assist in coordinating transportation, warehousing, and inventory management activities to ensure efficient supply chain processes that contribute to Honeywell’s operational excellence and customer satisfaction. You will report directly to our Logistics Manager and you’ll work out of our El Paso, TX location on an On-site work schedule.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in analyzing transportation and distribution data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Support the coordination of shipments and inventory to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain smooth logistics operations and resolve issues.
Help monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to logistics and supply chain efficiency.
Assist in maintaining compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
YOU MUST HAVE
Experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation analysis or coordination.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret logistics data and identify improvement opportunities.
Familiarity with supply chain management software and tools to support logistics operations.
Knowledge of transportation modes, warehousing, and inventory management principles.
Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams to support logistics processes.
WE VALUE
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in logistics or supply chain roles.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
Basic knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
