- Maintain logistics and fleet documentation, vehicle records, permits, registrations, and insurance files
- Monitor document expiry dates and coordinate timely renewals
- Maintain fleet databases, vehicle allocation records, and maintenance schedules
- Support daily dispatch operations and transportation planning
- Coordinate with project teams to meet transportation requirements
- Prepare logistics reports, fleet timesheets, fuel consumption reports, and KPI dashboards
- Ensure accurate record keeping and compliance with company policies
- Assist during audits and support logistics administrative activities
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, fleet administration, or transportation support
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Excellent organizational, communication, and coordination skills
- Good command of English
- Experience using ERP or fleet management systems is an advantage

Job Overview
- We are looking for a highly organized and detail oriented Logistics Administrator to join our Fleet & Logistics team.
- The successful candidate will support daily logistics and fleet operations by managing documentation, maintaining fleet records, coordinating dispatch activities, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with company procedures.
