Overview

  • We are looking for a smart, organized, and proactive professional to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi.
  • If you love structure, people, and data accuracy — this role is for you.

What you’ll do

  • Manage office administration and daily coordination
  • Support HR operations (attendance, onboarding, employee records)
  • Maintain accurate HR and company data systems
  • Assist in HR documentation, contracts, and reports
  • Ensure smooth flow of information between departments

What we’re looking for

  • Experience in Admin / HR support (2–4 years)
  • Strong attention to detail & confidentiality
  • Good knowledge of HR processes
  • Excellent MS Office skills (Excel is a must)
  • Experience with HR systems (Odoo or similar is a plus)
  • Strong communication skills
