- Supervise and coordinate all lifting operations on site in accordance with approved lifting plans and safety procedures
- Ensure cranes, lifting equipment, and accessories are inspected, certified, and fit for use
- Coordinate with crane operators, riggers, site engineers, and HSE personnel to execute safe lifting activities
- Conduct pre lift meetings and toolbox talks before critical lifting operations
- Monitor lifting activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, local regulations, and HSE requirements
- Review lifting plans, risk assessments, and method statements prior to execution
- Stop any unsafe lifting operation and implement corrective actions when necessary
- Maintain records of lifting operations, inspections, and equipment certifications
- Ensure all lifting personnel are competent, certified, and working within approved procedures
Requirements
- Minimum 5 8 years of GCC experience as a Lifting Supervisor on major construction projects
- Valid Lifting Supervisor certification recognized in the UAE
- Thorough knowledge of lifting operations, cranes, rigging practices, and lifting equipment
- Strong understanding of UAE HSE regulations and international lifting standards
- Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills
- Candidates currently based in the UAE are preferred
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a maximum 30 day notice period are preferred

Job Overview
- We are seeking an experienced Lifting Supervisor to join our site team for a major construction project in the UAE.
