Position Summary
The Lifestyle Bartender prepares quality beverages and creates memorable, unique experiences for guests.
The bartender acts as host of the bar space and takes ownership of guest service beyond the bar itself.
The role includes monitoring trends and guest needs while maintaining the bar's appearance and function.
Work Arrangement
- The position is based at The Pearl Island, Doha, Qatar.
- The schedule is full time and the position is not remote.
- The role requires extended periods of standing, sitting, walking, and hands-on physical work.
Guest Service and Bar Duties
- Prepare beverages correctly and maintain high standards for beverage quality.
- Create memorable guest experiences and anticipate evolving guest needs.
- Keep the bar looking attractive and functioning flawlessly.
- Build relationships with colleagues across the hotel and within the community.
- Handle money and guest information with care and attention to detail.
