Role Overview
Cook II role in the Food and Beverage & Culinary department at St. Regis Hotels & Resorts in Palm Jumeirah, Dubai.

Responsibilities
- Prepare fresh ingredients and cook them according to recipes or menus.
- Cook high-quality food and dishes within prescribed timeframes.
- Test dishes to verify preparation and temperature.
- Use kitchen equipment safely and responsibly.
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of food preparation surfaces and storage containers.
Candidate Requirements
- Demonstrate excellent teamwork skills and strong attention to detail.
- Bring a positive mindset and outgoing personality.
- Previous kitchen experience is an important advantage.
- Lift and move items weighing up to 25 lb (11 kg).
- Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
- Maintain a professional appearance in a clean uniform.
- Complete required training and obtain a safety certificate before starting.
