Job Description
- As a Lifeguard, you ensure the safety of our pools and recreational facilities and create a secure, welcoming environment for guests.
Responsibilities
- Ensure guest safety and well being: Monitor swimming pools and recreational areas, enforce safety rules, respond quickly to emergencies, and administer first aid or CPR.
- Deliver exceptional guest service: Welcome guests, provide information about pool facilities and activities, assist with guest requests.
- Maintain pool and facility standards: Conduct routine inspections of pool areas and safety equipment, ensure cleanliness and organization, report maintenance issues.
- Promote a positive recreation experience: Encourage safe participation in recreational activities, support special events and poolside programs.
