The Role

  • We are seeking an experienced Legal Personal Assistant to support a group of senior partners within a leading international law firm in Dubai.
  • This is a fast paced, high performing environment where you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day to day running of a busy legal team.
  • The role requires someone organised, resilient, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high standard of work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full diary and inbox management across multiple stakeholders
  • Coordinating travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics
  • Drafting, formatting, and amending legal documents, presentations, and correspondence
  • Acting as a point of contact for clients, handling calls and communications professionally
  • Managing time entry and supporting the billing process in line with deadlines
  • Processing expenses, invoices, and reimbursements
  • Maintaining accurate client records and internal systems
  • Supporting business development activities and client related tasks
  • Providing general administrative support and assisting with team cover when required

Working Environment

  • This is a demanding and fast paced role where flexibility is essential.
  • There will be occasions where you are required to work additional hours or log back in from home.
  • Overtime is paid, and meal and transport allowances are provided where applicable.
  • Salary is paying up to AED 29K, with some flexibility for the right person, based on their experience and current salary.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Legal PA or Legal Secretary within an international law firm
  • Experience supporting senior partners or equivalent level stakeholders
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience with billing, time recording, and expenses processes
  • Excellent document formatting skills and attention to detail
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office and legal systems
  • Professional, client facing, and reliable
  • Resilient and able to work effectively under pressure
  • A flexible and proactive team player
