- Comprehensive diary and calendar management for senior executives
- Managing inboxes, correspondence, and drafting professional communications
- Preparing documents, presentations, reports, and briefing materials
- Coordinating meetings, agendas, minutes, and follow ups
- Handling confidential and sensitive information with absolute discretion
- Travel coordination (flights, hotels, visas, itineraries)
- Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders in a professional manner
- Supporting wider administrative and operational tasks as required
Requirements
- Proven experience as an EA/PA within professional services (law firm experience highly regarded)
- Exceptionally strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Polished, confident, and professional demeanor
- Excellent English – written, spoken, and reading comprehension
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work autonomously
- High level of discretion, reliability, and emotional intelligence
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)

The Role
- We are seeking a highly organised Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant to support senior leadership within a fast growing international investment group based in Dubai.
- This role is suited to a high calibre EA/PA from a professional services environment (such as a law firm, consulting firm, or financial services company) who is accustomed to working at a high pace, handling sensitive information, and supporting senior stakeholders with precision and discretion.
- The successful candidate will act as a trusted right hand support, ensuring the smooth day to day management of executive responsibilities while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
