- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- Currently based in UAE and willing to relocate to Dubai

The Role
- Our client, a well established international law firm, is seeking to recruit a Junior Legal Secretary to join their Dubai office.
- This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and detail oriented legal support professional with a minimum of 3 years of experience to develop their career within a prestigious, fast paced international legal environment.
- The successful candidate will provide high quality secretarial and administrative support to lawyers across the firm's practice groups.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to lawyers and legal teams.
- Prepare, format, amend, proofread, and finalize legal documents, correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Manage diaries, coordinate meetings, and arrange conference calls across multiple time zones.
- Handle travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, visa requirements, and expense claims.
- Maintain and organize electronic and physical filing systems in accordance with firm policies.
- Assist with document production, document execution processes, and client onboarding procedures.
- Liaise professionally with clients, external counsel, courts, and service providers.
- Support billing and time entry processes, including the preparation of invoices and expense reports.
- Monitor deadlines and assist with workflow management to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Perform general administrative duties and provide additional support as required.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Legal Secretary, Junior Legal Secretary, Legal Administrative Assistant, or similar role within a law firm or professional services environment.
- Previous experience supporting multiple stakeholders in a fast paced environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Exposure to legal document management systems such as iManage, Aderant, Intapp, and other similar apps would be advantageous.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Professional, proactive, and service oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Experience within an international law firm would be highly desirable.
- Candidates must currently be based in Dubai or elsewhere within the UAE and willing to relocate.
