We are supporting a regional retail and real estate platform in appointing a
Legal Manager
to oversee legal matters across a mixed portfolio of shopping malls, real estate assets, and commercial developments.
The role is based in Abu Dhabi and operates on a
6 day working week
.
This is a broad, hands-on position where you will be supporting the business across contracts, transactions, and general legal matters, ensuring everything is aligned with local regulations and internal standards.
The role will involve drafting and reviewing a range of agreements including commercial contracts, leasing and tenancy documentation, vendor agreements, and development-related contracts.
You will also work closely with internal teams across the business to support on legal queries and ongoing projects.
There is a strong focus on retail and real estate, particularly within mall environments, so experience in this space is important.
You will also be involved in managing external legal counsel, supporting on disputes where required, and assisting with compliance and governance across the business.
Profile
- Experience working across multiple portfolios within a company or group
- Background within malls, retail, or wider real estate environments is essential
- Strong experience drafting and negotiating contracts
- Good understanding of the GCC market
- Comfortable working closely with different teams across the business
