Overview
We are currently representing a leading international PMC company in their search for a Senior Project Manager to join a major masterplan villa development project in Abu Dhabi.
This is a post contract position on a large scale development, offering the opportunity to work with one of the region’s most well regarded project management consultancies.
Key Requirements
- 15+ years of experience within the construction industry
- Degree qualified in Engineering, with a Civil Engineering background
- Strong contractor and PMC background with hands on project delivery experience
- Minimum 5 years’ experience within the UAE
- Proven experience delivering large scale masterplan villa developments is essential
- Strong understanding of project budgets, cash flow management, cost control, risk, and contracts
- Experience leading large multidisciplinary project teams
- PMC experience is a must, with contractor side exposure highly preferred
- Hospitality project experience would be advantageous
- Ideally currently based in Abu Dhabi, or with recent Abu Dhabi project experience preferred
