Overview

Marketing Manager – Malls \| Dubai

We are currently supporting a retail and real estate platform in the appointment of a

Marketing Manager

to lead marketing strategy and performance across a multiple mall portfolio based in Dubai.

The role reports into the Head of Marketing and operates on a

6 day working week

.

This position is focused on driving overall marketing performance, ensuring campaigns, events, and initiatives deliver strong commercial results across footfall, sales, and brand positioning.

The role is more strategic in nature, overseeing execution through the team rather than being hands-on day-to-day.

You will be responsible for planning and managing the annual and monthly marketing calendar, ensuring alignment with wider business objectives, while identifying opportunities to improve performance based on tenant mix, customer profile, and seasonal trends.

The role also carries full ownership of the marketing budget, including tracking spend, managing performance, and ensuring strong return on investment across all campaigns and activations.

You will oversee campaign concepts, creative direction, and brand consistency across all channels, ensuring everything aligns with internal standards and guidelines.

A key part of the role will be working closely with retailers and internal stakeholders, driving engagement and participation in campaigns and events, while also managing external agencies and vendors.

You will lead and manage the mall marketing team, ensuring clear direction, accountability, and overall performance across the function.

Profile

  • Strong background in mall marketing (essential)
  • Proven experience managing campaigns, events, and driving footfall and sales performance
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and evaluating ROI
  • Comfortable working closely with retailers and internal stakeholders
  • Experience managing agencies, vendors, and marketing teams
