Overview
We are currently representing a leading mall owner and operator in Dubai in their search for a Marketing Manager to join their growing team.
This position will take ownership of marketing strategy and performance for one of their key mall assets, driving campaigns, events, brand positioning, and retailer engagement to increase footfall and commercial performance.
Please note this role operates on a 6 day working week.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience within mall, retail, or destination marketing
- Strong understanding of footfall driving campaigns, customer engagement, and brand positioning
- Experience managing annual marketing calendars, campaigns, activations, and large scale events
- Ability to identify growth opportunities through catchment analysis, tenant mix, and seasonal trends
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing marketing budgets, ROI, cost control, and campaign performance metrics
- Experience overseeing ATL, BTL, digital, and on-ground marketing initiatives
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships with retailers, agencies, and internal leadership teams
- Previous experience managing agencies and external vendors, ensuring high quality delivery and cost efficiency
- Team management experience with the ability to lead, mentor, and develop marketing teams
- Experience within the UAE market is highly preferred
