- Support the Legal Team in reviewing, drafting, and organizing commercial contracts and legal documentation
- Conduct legal research on UAE laws and regulations and prepare concise summaries for the legal team
- Assist with corporate governance and regulatory matters across the Middle East region
- Support the preparation of legal presentations, reports, and internal guidance materials
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and legal colleagues while gaining practical experience in an international corporate environment
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B.) or equivalent law degree at a university in the UAE
- Strong interest in commercial, corporate, or technology law
- Excellent analytical, research, and problem solving abilities with strong attention to detail
- Confident communication in English, both written and spoken; Arabic is an advantage
- Proactive, well organized, and enjoy working collaboratively in a diverse and international team

You’ll make a difference by
- Supporting the Legal Team in reviewing, drafting, and organizing commercial contracts and legal documentation.

Your success is grounded in
- You are currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B.) or an equivalent law degree at a university in the UAE.
- You have a strong interest in commercial, corporate, or technology law and are eager to develop your legal skills.
- You possess excellent analytical, research, and problem solving abilities with strong attention to detail.
- You communicate confidently in English, both written and spoken; Arabic is an advantage.
- You are proactive, well organized, and enjoy working collaboratively in a diverse and international team.
