What You’ll Do

• Lead Legal & Risk Strategy: Define and execute the legal, regulatory, and compliance blueprint for a multi-jurisdictional investment and technology platform.
• Champion IP & Technology Law: Safeguard patents, data, and digital assets; direct IP enforcement, licensing, and open-source governance.
• Drive Litigation & Defence: Oversee complex technology, IP, and cyber litigation; manage external counsel and develop global defence strategies.
• Contract & Commercial Leadership: Draft, negotiate, and review high-value SaaS, vendor, and partnership agreements supporting platform growth.
• Governance & Compliance: Build world-class frameworks covering data privacy, cybersecurity, and investment regulation.
• Strategic Advisory: Serve as principal legal partner to the Board and senior leadership on governance, risk, and expansion initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

• 10 – 15 years’ PQE with a strong background in litigation, IP/Tech law, compliance, and commercial contracting.
• U.K.-qualified lawyer (Solicitor preferred; Barrister considered). Dual-qualified or with exposure to U.S. technology, cyber, or investment law is a strong plus.
• Demonstrated record leading international disputes and cross-border contracting.
• Experience advising AI-centric, digital, or technology-driven businesses.
• Confident communicator, able to engage effectively with executives, investors, and regulators.

Preferred Profile

• British-trained with international experience (U.K., U.S., or Canada).
• Litigation-defence mindset combined with commercial pragmatism.
• Based in or open to relocation/travel to Ireland, London, and/or Dubai.
• Strategic, decisive, and adaptable in high-growth, regulated environments.
