Responsibilities
- Act as a key legal advisor to executive leadership and the Board, providing strategic guidance on complex and high impact matters
- Lead negotiation and execution of major commercial agreements and strategic transactions
- Oversee enterprise wide legal risk management, governance, and regulatory compliance frameworks
- Manage high stakes disputes and litigation, including coordination with external counsel
- Support M&A activity, joint ventures, and corporate structuring initiatives
- Shape and implement legal strategy aligned with business objectives
- Develop and maintain internal policies, contractual standards, and governance procedures
- Monitor and interpret legal and regulatory developments and advise on business impact
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in law
- Minimum of 10 years of legal experience in the Medical Device, Pharmaceutical or FMCG sectors
- Experience in contract management, legal advisory, corporate governance, and risk mitigation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic are a must
- MBA is a plus

To be successful you will need to meet the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in law. An MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 10 years of legal experience, in the Medical Device, Pharmaceutical or FMCG sectors.
- Experience in contract management, legal advisory, corporate governance, and risk mitigation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic are a must.
