Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business development strategies to generate new legal clients
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, government entities, and key stakeholders across Abu Dhabi
- Identify opportunities for legal advisory, litigation, corporate, commercial, and other legal services
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure new business
- Collaborate with legal consultants and partners to prepare proposals and service agreements
- Maintain an active network within the Abu Dhabi business community
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Achieve business development and revenue targets set by the firm
- Represent the firm at networking events, conferences, and business forums
- Ensure excellent client relationship management and high levels of client satisfaction
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB) or a related field; legal qualification is an advantage
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development within a legal firm in the UAE
- Strong Abu Dhabi market knowledge and an established network of corporate clients
- Proven experience in generating business for legal services
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
- Ability to work independently and achieve business targets
- UAE Driving License is preferred
- Arabic language skills are an advantage

Job Summary
