About the Role
Sunbulah Group is seeking a Legal Advisor in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The role involves drafting and reviewing contracts, advising on legal matters, handling litigation, and ensuring compliance.

Responsibilities
- Draft, review, negotiate, maintain, and advise on all contracts relevant to Company business
- Standardize Company contracts/documents along with reviewing and updating current standards
- Register trademarks inside and outside KSA, follow up their expiration and renewal, and handle disputes
- Maintain knowledge of pertinent laws, rules and regulations affecting the company operations inside & outside KSA and advise on impact
- Provide sound advice, judgment, counsel and support to company administration and key staff on all legal matters
- Respond to requests for information on legal issues and provide answers, opinions, and recommendations
- Identify areas of legal risks and prepare necessary measures to rectify similar situations
- Handle and follow up on litigation internally and externally with external counsel
- Identify and resolve legal problems, review and propose recommended solutions
- Monitor the implementation of settlement, agreements, and legal judgment
- Advise and handle corporate matters
- Assess legal risks and contribute to reducing risks
Requirements
- Law bachelor’s degree holder with license (Master’s degree preferable)
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in FMCG, in reputable law firm and multinational company
- Excellent command of English and Arabic language
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent computer skills
- Presentable and punctual
- Hard working

Responsibilities

Requirements
- Candidate must be a law bachelor’s degree holder with license. “Master’s degree is preferable”.

- Must possess professional verbal & written communication skills.
- Excellent Computer skills are also required.
- Candidate should be presentable & punctual.
