Job Purpose

  • Playing a role of HR Generalist in assisting HRBP and functions managers in daily analysis and transactions.

Key Accountabilities Employee Relation

  • Handle all types of leaves and ensure employees enjoy their leave on time
  • Prepare introduction/employee letters and get them signed
  • Handle employees' inquiries and complaints regarding employee relations activities

Key Accountabilities HR Operation

  • Conduct investigations/hearings for issues concerning employees grade 1 5
  • Guide and support business on low performance employee processes
  • Prepare clearance forms for leaving employees and handle resignation/termination processes
  • Manage new joiner files and ensure medical insurance and GOSI enrollment
  • Assist in auditing HR policies and procedures
  • Issue warning letters based on complaints
  • Ensure personnel files are up to date and confidential
  • Participate in SAP SuccessFactors system improvement and HR automation projects
  • Manage employee normal transfer process

Key Accountabilities Payroll

  • Maintain payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data
  • Maintain payroll operations by following policies and procedures
  • Ensure accurate processing of employee transactions
  • Handle payroll processing for grade 1 5

Key Accountabilities Recruitment

  • Identify and develop sourcing networks for high caliber candidates
  • Design and launch effective recruiting campaigns
  • Manage relations with educational institutes and agencies
  • Communicate with applicants regarding processing
  • Arrange interview meetings
  • Ensure compliance with Saudization requirements
  • Receive and enroll internship, coop, and summer training requests
  • Prepare and arrange induction plan for new hires
  • Follow up on probation period performance
  • Handle HRDF registrations and claims

Key Accountabilities Training

  • Coordinate training programs for various departments and levels

Key Accountabilities Reporting

  • Arrange, prepare, and track HR weekly and monthly minutes of meeting
  • Prepare monthly data reports on HR status
  • Assist in evaluating HR programs and policies

Qualifications, Experience, & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in HR management or related major
  • Experience: 1 3 years of FMCG or distribution
  • Communication skills, fluent in English & Arabic
  • Professional and can deal with all company levels with confidence
  • Pleasant personality with customer service attitude
  • Team player, hard worker, punctual, and dedicated
  • IT Skills – Microsoft, SAP
  • Good understanding of Labor Law/GOSI regulations Visa regulations
