Job Purpose
Provide executional support to the Commercial Development team in Saudi Arabia.
Focus on reporting, market data collection, in-store execution follow-up, and coordination with distributors to ensure plans are implemented effectively.
Key Accountabilities
- Budget and Business Planning: Consolidate sales and promotional data. Prepare reports for managers to support decision-making.
- Channels and Customers: Follow up with distributor teams on stock, listings, and promotional execution. Escalate issues to Assistant Manager/Manager.
- Category and Shopper: Support implementation of category activations. Assist in tracking shopper insights and preparing reports.
- Strategic revenue management: Track promotional mechanics and trade spend at activity level. Support post-promo evaluations.
- Market analysis and business intelligence: Gather competitor information, retail audit results, and distributor inputs. Prepare summaries and dashboards.
- Excellence in Execution: Monitor in-store visibility and availability. Document POS compliance and competitor activities.
- Policies, Systems, Processes, Procedures, Standards and Reports: Ensure all reports are delivered accurately and on time. Adhere to BD processes.
- Relationship Management: Serve as daily contact with distributor coordinators. Ensure smooth execution of agreed actions.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS
- Education: University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or related fields.
- Experience: 0–2 years of FMCG or distribution-related experience (internships or entry-level roles).
- Skills: Excel and PowerPoint proficiency; attention to detail; strong follow-up and communication skills.
- Languages: Arabic: Advanced; English: Advanced.
