Top of the Top Properties is hiring a Leasing Executive for its growing team.
The role focuses on residential leasing in the Abu Dhabi rental market.
What You Will Do
- Handle residential leasing transactions from inquiry to closing.
- Generate and manage leads through calls, referrals, and networking.
- Conduct property viewings and negotiate rental terms.
- Build relationships with landlords, tenants, and prospects.
- Maintain accurate property listings and update the CRM regularly.
- Achieve monthly leasing targets and maximize revenue opportunities.
What We Are Looking For
- At least 1 year of experience in Abu Dhabi real estate.
- Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi leasing and rental market.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- A target-driven, proactive, and professional approach.
- A valid UAE driving license is advantageous.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
Compensation
- The role offers up to AED 4,000 per month.
- The package includes salary and commission.
