Role Overview
Top of the Top Properties is hiring a Leasing Executive for its Abu Dhabi sales and leasing team.
The role supports premium properties, prospective tenants, serious clients, and leasing operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist prospective tenants professionally.
- Conduct property tours and highlight property features and benefits.
- Respond to inquiries by phone, email, and in person.
- Process lease applications and maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate lease agreements and renewals.
- Maintain knowledge of property availability, pricing, and market trends.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and leasing regulations.
- Support the team in achieving occupancy and leasing targets.
Requirements
- Proven experience in real estate, leasing, or customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good organizational and administrative skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 2,000 to AED 4,000 per month.
Workplace
- The role is performed in person at the Abu Dhabi office.
