About the Role
We are looking for a Learning & Development Team Lead to design, implement, and oversee learning programmes across the organization while leading a small L&D team. This role combines hands-on instructional design and facilitation with people leadership, ensuring training initiatives align with busin
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct organizational Training Needs Analysis (TNA) in partnership with department heads to identify capability gaps
- Design and implement learning programmes covering onboarding, sales enablement, leadership development, and compliance training
- Apply instructional design principles (ADDIE, adult learning theory) to build engaging, outcome-driven training content
- Develop and maintain e-learning content, workshops, and blended learning formats
- Lead, mentor, and develop a small L&D team, setting clear goals and building team capability
- Manage day-to-day workflow, prioritization, and quality of L&D deliverables across the team
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the L&D function
- Facilitate workshops, onboarding sessions, and leadership/skills training across departments
- Partner with department heads and management to align learning initiatives with business objectives
- Coordinate and manage external training vendors and providers where required
- Evaluate training effectiveness using frameworks such as Kirkpatrick and/or ROI-based models
- Build and maintain learning analytics dashboards, tracking training impact and completion rates
