Role Overview
A Dubai-based luxury real estate development company is seeking an experienced Learning and Development Specialist for its HR function.
This HR-focused role emphasizes performance management, employee engagement, rewards and recognition, and talent development rather than traditional training delivery.
The position is newly created, with responsibility for developing and implementing people processes and frameworks from scratch.
Compensation
- Compensation is up to 15k AED per month plus benefits.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage the performance management system, including objectives, KPIs, reviews, processes, and documentation.
- Guide managers and employees throughout the performance cycle.
- Develop employee engagement initiatives supporting experience, motivation, retention, and culture.
- Support rewards and recognition programmes.
- Translate organisational and individual development needs into learning and development initiatives.
- Develop and coordinate employee induction and onboarding programmes.
- Analyse HR and people data and prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations.
