- Lead a team of Cisco Presales Solutions Engineers covering the Americas markets with heavy expertise in Identity Security
- Inspire and mentor a high performing team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence
- Develop talent, set clear expectations, and ensure team delivers innovative solutions aligned with Cisco's strategic vision
- Champion a customer centric mindset to meet and exceed revenue and operational targets
- Act as a strategic advisor to customers and partners, cultivating executive level relationships
- Monitor industry trends, particularly AI, to guide team in crafting innovative cross product solutions
- Partner with sales leadership, product teams, and cross functional stakeholders to develop technical sales strategies
- Standardize technical sales methodologies and assets to demonstrate value of Cisco Security solutions
Requirements
- Deep expertise in Zero Trust architecture and foundational identity security for human and non human entities
- Experience leading a team of presales solutions engineers
- Ability to inspire and mentor a high performing team
- Strong customer centric mindset and ability to build executive level relationships
- Experience in developing and executing technical sales strategies
- Knowledge of industry trends, particularly AI evolution
