Requirements
- Degree qualified
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Learning & Development, HR, Instructional Design, or a related field
- Hands on expertise across instructional design, eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, and Vyond
- Strong proficiency in learning analytics, LMS platforms, and project coordination
- Collaborative, detail oriented, and tech savvy
- Curiosity for emerging learning technologies and commitment to continuous improvement

About You
- Degree qualified, you will demonstrate a minimum of 7 years of experience in Learning & Development, HR, Instructional Design, or a related field.
- You'll bring hands on expertise across instructional design, eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, and Vyond, alongside strong proficiency in learning analytics, LMS platforms, and project coordination to deliver consistent, high quality outcomes.
- You are also collaborative, detail oriented, and tech savvy, with a curiosity for emerging learning technologies and a commitment to continuous improvement.
