About the Role

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all static equipment engineering activities during FEED, EPC, and detailed engineering phases
- Provide technical leadership for design, specification, and procurement of pressure vessels, columns, heat exchangers, tanks, separators, filters, reactors, and package equipment
- Develop and review equipment datasheets, specifications, material requisitions, technical bid evaluations, and vendor documentation
- Ensure compliance with ADNOC standards, project specifications, and international codes (ASME, API, TEMA, ASTM)
- Coordinate with Process, Piping, Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Instrumentation, and Procurement disciplines
- Review and approve vendor drawings, calculations, manufacturing procedures, and inspection requirements
- Support constructability reviews, value engineering studies, and cost optimization initiatives
- Participate in design reviews, HAZOP, constructability workshops, and technical meetings
- Monitor engineering progress and ensure deliverables meet schedules, quality, and HSE requirements
- Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and supervision to a team of Specialists, Senior Engineers, and Engineers
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering discipline from an accredited university
- Minimum 15+ years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry
- At least 5 years in a similar position managing a team of Specialists, Senior Engineers, and Engineers
- Experience in FEED & EPC Phases required
- Strong knowledge of international standards: ASME Section VIII, API 650, API 620, API 661, API 660, TEMA, NACE
- Experience in technical bid evaluations, vendor management, and fabrication oversight for static equipment

Key Responsibilities

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering discipline from an accredited university.
- Minimum 15+ years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry, including 5 years in GCC region (preferred).
- At least 5 years in a similar position managing a team of Specialists, Senior Engineers, and Engineers.
- ADNOC & Offshore project experience preferred.
- PMC experiences are preferable.
- Experience in FEED & EPC Phases required.
- Strong knowledge of international standards: ASME Section VIII, API 650, API 620, API 661, API 660, TEMA, NACE.
- Experience in technical bid evaluations, vendor management, and fabrication oversight for static equipment.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary and multicultural project environments.
