Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Develop, design, and maintain Java applications using Spring Boot and microservices.
• Lead feature ownership from concept through deployment with focus on performance and scalability.
• Support analysis, design, testing, and release activities across the SDLC.
• Produce clean, reusable, testable code and conduct detailed code reviews.
• Diagnose and fix backend and frontend defects across environments.
• Create and integrate RESTful APIs between frontend and backend services.
• Tune API latency and database queries to improve backend performance.
• Maintain and enhance CI/CD pipelines.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and practices.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of total development experience.
• At least 8 years of professional full-stack development using Java with Spring Boot and Azure.
• Hands-on Java and Spring Framework development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java 17, Spring Boot 3.1.2, Spring Framework 6.0.7, Hibernate, RESTful API design, and modular frontend architecture.
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines with Azure Pipelines, Jenkins, or GitLab CI.
• Good understanding of microservices and event-driven architecture.
• Working knowledge of Azure cloud environments and related services.
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills across the stack.
• Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively in Agile/Scrum teams.
• B2 or Upper-Intermediate English proficiency.
