About the Role

  • Lead ServiceNow Product Operations and act as key link between business stakeholders and engineering teams.
  • Drive backlog prioritisation, stakeholder engagement, and delivery planning.
  • Analyse current processes and design improved workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead ServiceNow Product Operations and act as key link between business stakeholders and engineering teams
  • Drive backlog prioritisation, stakeholder engagement, and delivery planning
  • Analyse current processes and design improved workflows
  • Define and document business and user requirements
  • Own and support backlog management ensuring priorities reflect business value
  • Support delivery teams to ensure solutions align with business processes and platform standards

About You

  • Degree qualified with at least 5 years experience in Business Analysis or Product Ownership within ServiceNow environments
  • Strong experience working with ServiceNow Platform in agile environments
  • Structured, analytical mindset with ability to translate business needs into solutions
  • Solid understanding of data related concepts such as ETL, data pipelines, tracking, logging, and distributed systems
  • Advanced skills in requirements modeling and documentation
