About the Role
Worley seeks a Lead Rotating Equipment Engineer for offshore PMC projects in Abu Dhabi. You will lead rotating equipment engineering, review contractor deliverables, and ensure compliance with standards.

Responsibilities
- Champion the Project Safety culture, behaviors and engagement activities
- Identify, evaluate, and resolve Mechanical (Rotating Equipment) Engineering issues
- Review and approve Contractor key deliverables within the Mechanical (Rotating Equipment) discipline
- Review and approve equipment design, system design, testing of materials, specifications, design calculations, drawings, engineering studies, material requisitions, and quantity estimates
- Review and approve key design documents from Vendors, equipment manufacturers, or Subcontractors
- Attend technical meetings with Owner, Licensor, Contractor, and Vendors
- Attend design review meetings, 3D model review, constructability, SIL, EIA, HAZOP, and HAZID sessions
- Ensure quality and accuracy of Contractor's Mechanical (Rotating Equipment) Engineering design activities
- Supervise and manage review and approval of Contractor's work, ensuring compliance with specifications and codes
- Coordinate technical reviews and analysis during vendor prequalification, bid evaluation, and performance evaluation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering discipline from an accredited university
- Minimum 15+ years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry
- At least 5 years in a similar position managing a team of Specialists, Senior Engineers, and Engineers
- Experience within FEED & EPC required
- Experience in Offshore Project required
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Offshore projects required
- ADNOC experience required

Responsibilities

- Coordinate technical bid submissions and perform technical bid analysis.
Qualifications And Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering discipline from an accredited university.
- Minimum 15+ years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry, including 5 years in GCC region (preferred).
- At least 5 years in a similar position managing a team of Specialists, Senior Engineers, and Engineers.
- Experience within FEED & EPC required.
- Experience in PMC roles.
- Experience in Offshore Project required.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Offshore projects required.
- ADNOC experience required.
