Responsibilities
- Manage Quality Assurance & Quality Control processes for ADNOC Growth Projects
- Ensure compliance with contractual QA/QC requirements, international standards, and company policies
- Develop and maintain Project Quality Management System and related procedures
- Lead project compliance and risk registers, develop quality plans
- Review audit reports and ensure corrective actions are closed out
- Monitor quality audit reports, non conformance reports, and material delivery deficiency reports
- Maintain Project Lesson Learnt Register and cascade learning
- Support project QA/QC team development and resource availability
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering discipline or equivalent
- Minimum 15+ years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry
- Minimum 5 years in a similar position on major Oil & Gas or Petrochemical projects
- Experience in FEED & EPC Phases
- ADNOC & Offshore project experience preferred
- PMC experience preferred
- Certified in Quality Management Systems (ISO9000) preferred
- Certified Lead Auditor preferred

Job Purpose
- Manage QA/QC processes for ADNOC Growth Projects.
- Ensure enforcement and full compliance to Project specific Contractual QA/QC requirements.
Key Accountabilities
- Ensure Project Specific Quality Management System is developed and enforced.
- Develop, update and maintain list of Quality Objectives, KPIs and Contractual Requirements.
- Provide consultation on Project Quality Management System meeting ISO 9000 series.
- Ensure overall Project Risk Register is maintained and reviewed.
- Review Audit reports and ensure corrective actions are closed out.
- Monitor compliance to QA/QC requirements through reviews and audits.
- Ensure project QA/QC organization is adequately resourced.
- Maintain Project Internal Quality Audit Plan.
- Assist in interface management with third parties on quality issues.
- Monitor and review trend results on Project Quality matters.
- Attend internal/external project review meetings.
- Maintain Project Lesson Learnt Register.
Minimum Experience & Knowledge & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering discipline.
- Minimum 15+ years in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry.
- Minimum 5 years in similar position on major projects.
- ADNOC & Offshore project experience preferred.
- PMC experience preferred.
- Experience in FEED & EPC Phases required.
- Sound knowledge on project handover.
- Communication skills in writing and verbally.
Professional Certifications
- Preferred certified in Quality Management Systems (ISO9000).
- Preferred certified Lead Auditor.
