- Manage Quality Assurance & Quality Control processes for ADNOC Growth Projects
- Ensure enforcement and full compliance to Project specific Contractual QA/QC requirements
- Develop and maintain Project Quality Management System
- Lead compliance and risk registers
- Conduct quality audits and ensure corrective actions are closed
- Monitor quality reports and concerns
- Compile Lessons Learned for continuous improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering discipline
- Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry
- Minimum 5 years in a similar position on major Oil & Gas or Petrochemical projects
- Experience in FEED & EPC Phases
- ADNOC & Offshore project experience preferred
- PMC experience preferred
- Certified in Quality Management Systems (ISO9000) preferred
- Certified Lead Auditor preferred

Job Purpose
- Manage Quality Assurance & Quality Control processes for ADNOC Growth Projects.
- Ensure enforcement and full compliance to Project specific Contractual QA/QC requirements.
Key Accountabilities
- Ensure Project Specific Quality Management System is developed and enforced.
- Develop, update and maintain list of Quality Objectives, KPIs and Contractual Requirements.
- Participate in developing company strategy for vendor and field inspection.
- Ensure overall Project Risk Register is maintained and reviewed.
- Review audit reports and ensure corrective actions are closed.
- Monitor compliance to procedural and contractual QA/QC requirements.
- Ensure project QA/QC organization is adequately resourced.
- Maintain overall Project Internal Quality Audit Plan.
- Identify and communicate non compliances and areas of improvement.
- Monitor trend results and initiate root cause identification.
- Maintain Project Lesson Learnt Register.
- Interface with other managers for alignment on QA/QC requirements.
Minimum Experience & Knowledge & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering discipline.
- Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry.
- Minimum 5 years in a similar position on major Oil & Gas or Petrochemical projects.
- ADNOC & Offshore project experience preferred.
- PMC experience preferred.
- Experience in FEED & EPC Phases required.
- Sound knowledge on project handover and compliance requirements.
- Communication skills in both writing and verbally.
- Proven record of completed Execution phases of projects.
Professional Certifications
- Preferred to be certified in Quality Management Systems; ISO9000, etc.
- Preferred to be a certified Lead Auditor.
