Role Overview
Lead or Principal Project Manager responsible for overseeing complex, high-impact initiatives from conception through successful delivery.
The role focuses on cross-functional alignment, strategic timelines, risk mitigation, and project execution standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Define project scope, deliverables, and roadmaps in alignment with core business objectives.
- Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams for on-time, high-quality execution.
- Identify, monitor, and proactively mitigate risks, blockers, and project dependencies.
- Establish project management frameworks, best practices, and reporting metrics.
- Serve as the central communication bridge for key stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Manage budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relationships where applicable.
What We Are Looking For
- Proven, trackable experience leading large-scale, complex projects from end to end.
- Deep mastery of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid project management methodologies.
- Strong ability to manage conflicting priorities and negotiate across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated history of improving operational workflows and delivery efficiency.
