Lead Product Manager, Insights (Ignite)

Role Overview

Core Responsibilities

• Own the Analyze roadmap and reporting strategy for Ignite.
• Lead domain ownership for customer-facing and internal business process reporting.
• Capture, prioritize, and consistently deliver reporting requirements.
• Partner with Billing and Membership and Operations to design, build, and ship reports and dashboards.
• Translate ambiguous stakeholder requests into clear, scoped engineering requirements.
• Define success metrics and track progress for Ignite Analyze reporting.
• Represent Ignite in Insights-wide planning, prioritization, and roadmap discussions.

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of Product Management experience, ideally with reporting, analytics, or BI products.
• Strong data fluency, including the ability to read SQL, data models, and ETL/BI workflows.
• Experience owning a product domain within a larger platform and balancing domain and platform priorities.
• Comfort converting ambiguous, non-templated requests into buildable requirements.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration, communication, and judgment.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Experience with gym management platforms or comparable vertical SaaS products.
• Hands-on experience with BI or reporting tools such as Power BI, Domo, Looker, or ReportCaster.
• Experience with data platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, Fabric, or Synapse.
• Experience in fitness, wellness, or health club SaaS.
• Experience building reusable reporting patterns and partnering on shared platform roadmaps.

Compensation

• The anticipated Canadian compensation range is $115,000–$118,000 CAD annually.
• Eligible employees may receive bonuses, commissions, equity, or other incentive compensation where applicable.
