Role Overview
Drive continuous improvement, operational excellence, quality assurance, and cost optimization across facility management operations.
Work with operational, technical, and commercial teams to assess service delivery, identify performance and cost gaps, and improve processes.
Engage regularly with operational sites, clients, and internal stakeholders across hard and soft facility management services.
Operational Excellence and Site Performance
- Conduct regular site visits and operational assessments to evaluate actual service delivery and performance.
- Identify gaps between reported performance and actual site conditions.
- Review hard and soft facility management service delivery and recommend practical improvements.
- Identify operational risks and support site teams in implementing corrective measures.
- Challenge existing working practices and promote consistency across facility management contracts.
- Standardize processes, procedures, and operational best practices across sites.
Process Improvement
- Lead continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives across facility management operations.
- Analyze workflows to improve efficiency, productivity, quality, and cost.
- Develop and implement improved processes with operational and functional teams.
- Lead root cause analysis for recurring operational failures and service issues.
- Ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented and monitored through closure.
