Role Overview
- WSP is seeking a Lead Process Engineer to lead and oversee all process engineering systems across the project lifecycle.
- Part of a major infrastructure program in Riyadh (PMCM scope).
- Provide strategic and technical leadership, driving design excellence and ensuring robust delivery of process systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee technical review, validation, and approval of all process design submissions from consultants and contractors.
- Drive strategic planning and integration of process systems across large scale infrastructure programs.
- Act as the lead technical advisor to the client on all process engineering matters.
- Establish and enforce quality assurance frameworks for process engineering deliverables.
- Lead coordination across multidisciplinary teams including mechanical, civil, utilities, and MEP.
- Champion value engineering, innovation, and optimization initiatives across process systems.
- Provide leadership support during procurement, including review of specifications, tender documents, and technical evaluations.
- Lead risk assessments, technical workshops, and sustainability initiatives at a program level.
- Oversee construction phase implementation, ensuring compliance, performance, and best practice standards.
- Mentor and develop engineering teams, fostering a culture of technical excellence and knowledge sharing.
