Responsibilities
- Filter and qualify leads from various sources (Google Ads, Meta, etc.)
- Engage in initial outreach to assess prospect's needs and readiness to buy
- Categorize leads based on potential and sales stage, hand off qualified leads to Sales Executives
- Gather information to build a profile of the lead
- Ensure seamless alignment between marketing, sales, and CRM platforms
- Set up, monitor, and optimize lead flow from marketing to sales
- Generate and analyze reports on lead quality, sales performance, and funnel efficiency
- Work on automating sales processes, reducing manual work, and increasing efficiency
- Track customer journey data and optimize process from lead generation to conversion
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients
- Answer incoming calls and provide detailed information about services
- Schedule appointments for clients and confirm/remind them
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus
- Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar customer service role
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle objections professionally
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
