Job Overview
- As a Telesales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in generating new business opportunities by contacting prospective clients, understanding their branding and advertising needs, and promoting Vaao’s comprehensive graphic and display solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients in targeted industries (retail stores, events, exhibitions, corporate, F&B, real estate, etc.).
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable branding, printing, signage and display solutions offered by VAAO.
- Qualify leads and build a strong sales pipeline.
- Record client interactions and update CRM with accurate information.
- Coordinate with design/production teams to ensure client requirements are captured clearly.
- Achieve and exceed monthly telesales targets.
- Maintain product/service knowledge and communicate value propositions clearly.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong telephone sales skills and ability to engage decision makers
- Target driven with a positive, customer centric attitude
- Ability to understand basic advertising/branding terms and explain solutions confidently
- Prior B2B telesales experience is a plus
- Comfortable working in a dynamic advertising/production environment
