- Make outbound calls to potential clients in targeted industries (retail, events, exhibitions, corporate, F&B, real estate, etc.)
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable branding, printing, signage and display solutions
- Qualify leads and build a strong sales pipeline
- Record client interactions and update CRM with accurate information
- Coordinate with design/production teams to ensure client requirements are captured clearly
- Achieve and exceed monthly telesales targets
- Maintain product/service knowledge and communicate value propositions clearly
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong telephone sales skills and ability to engage decision makers
- Target driven with a positive, customer centric attitude
- Ability to understand basic advertising/branding terms and explain solutions confidently
- Prior B2B telesales experience is a plus
