Role Overview
Provide structural design support on technically challenging multidisciplinary projects.
Produce structural analysis models and designs while maintaining technical quality, safety, and compliance with project objectives.
Work on projects across residential, commercial, high-rise, hospitality, and healthcare sectors.
Workplace
- The role is based in Navi Mumbai and follows a hybrid working policy that splits time between offices or project locations and remote locations.
Qualifications and Experience
- Postgraduate Civil or Structural Engineering qualification with 10 to 15 years of experience.
- Professional Engineer or certifications such as IStructE or CEng are preferred.
- Experience designing building structures using reinforced concrete and steel materials.
- Understanding of general arrangement and reinforced concrete or steel detailing drawings.
- Experience guiding or checking technician work and developing concepts from architectural designs.
- Global Middle East projects experience is mandatory.
- Ability to lead or handle large projects independently.
- Good presentation skills and spoken and written English communication skills.
