Role Overview
Deliver HVAC design and engineering work as a key member of the HVAC design team.
The projects include life sciences, pharmaceutical, FMCG, and microelectronics environments.
Engineering Responsibilities
- Perform HVAC design activities according to company and project procedures.
- Complete design and engineering deliverables on schedule.
- Prepare heat load calculations in Excel and Trace.
- Carry out area classification, pressure zoning, AHU zoning, and HVAC room book preparation.
- Calculate reheating capacities, infiltration and exfiltration air, airflow, duct and piping pressure drops, duct quantities, and pump heads.
- Prepare and check BMS logic diagrams and create P&ID and AF&ID sheets.
Coordination and Delivery
- Lead interdisciplinary coordination and client meetings and prepare meeting notes.
- Maintain hold lists, comment logs, CRS records, and assumption lists.
- Follow technical policies, working instructions, quality systems, contractual requirements, budgets, and project schedules.
- Manage client relationships, feedback, complaints, and long-term expectations.
- Prepare audit documents.
