About the Role

Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise all electrical and instrumentation fabrication activities, including cable trays, junction boxes, control panels, instrument mounting, and pre installation works
- Ensure E&I fabrication activities are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and project schedules
- Plan and coordinate manpower, tools, materials, and subcontractors to achieve fabrication targets
- Ensure strict compliance with HSE requirements, electrical safety standards, and company procedures
- Coordinate with engineering, QA/QC, and construction teams to resolve technical issues and support inspection activities
- Monitor progress, productivity, and quality, implementing corrective actions as required
- Oversee inspection and testing activities such as continuity checks, insulation resistance tests, loop preparation, and FAT related support where applicable
- Support pre commissioning and commissioning team as needed
- Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports and maintain accurate documentation
Requirements
- Minimum 18 years of experience in Electrical & Instrumentation works, with strong exposure to Oil & Gas EPC fabrication projects
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Instrumentation, or related Engineering discipline)
- Strong knowledge of E&I fabrication practices, wiring standards, instrumentation installation requirements, and applicable international codes
- Experience with hazardous area requirements, grounding, and cable management systems
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Excellent coordination, communication, and problem solving abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet demanding project schedules

Role Overview

Your Role
