Role Purpose
Lead the design, integration, and continuous improvement of procurement systems, data platforms, and reporting tools.
Drive digital transformation through ERP optimization, automation, and advanced analytics.
Systems and ERP Integration
- Lead integration projects across SAP and other enterprise systems.
- Optimize procurement workflows within ERP platforms, potentially including SAP MM, Ariba, or S/4HANA.
- Collaborate with IT and business units to improve system efficiency.
Data and Analytics Leadership
- Build and manage data models, dashboards, and reporting frameworks.
- Lead initiatives using Power BI, Power Query, and advanced Excel modeling.
- Establish data governance and quality standards.
Process Automation
- Drive automation using Power Automate and Power Apps.
- Eliminate manual processes in procurement and supply chain reporting.
Stakeholder Management
- Act as technical lead between Procurement, IT, and Finance.
- Translate business needs into system enhancements.
- Support senior leadership decision-making through analytics and insights.
Continuous Improvement
- Identify ERP and database improvement opportunities.
- Implement best practices in data visualization using PowerPoint and infographics.
- Improve workflows using SharePoint and Visio.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or Business with a strong technical background.
- 10–15 years of total experience.
- At least 5 years in a lead or senior role.
- Experience with SAP ERP implementation or improvement, procurement or supply chain systems, data analytics and reporting, and system integration projects.
