Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Identify stakeholders, capture input, and define or clarify requirements.
• Maintain program-wide scope alignment and project management documentation.
• Coordinate engineers, QA, product managers, and other teams through build, test, and release.
• Perform Scrum Master activities, monitor schedules, identify risks, and communicate status.
• Manage release schedules and milestones while supporting delivery velocity.
• Provide hands-on software development and project management support across teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical area or equivalent real-world experience.
• At least 8 years of overall IT experience, including at least 5 years in business analysis or related technical fields.
• Software development experience and experience overseeing programs across multiple engineering teams.
• Practical Salesforce knowledge and advanced Agile software development knowledge.
• Proficiency facilitating and leading development sprints as a Scrum Master.
• English proficiency at B2 or above for clear communication.

Nice to Have

• Background in Network Engineering.
• Familiarity with OSS and Salesforce core clouds.
• Qualifications in Software Engineering.
• Ability to work through issues in changing environments with technical and non-technical teams.

Domain and Collaboration Skills

• The role supports a fiber-focused telecom application stream and requires requirements, stakeholder, release, and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication is needed to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
