About the Role

Responsibilities
- Ensure 100% compliance and adherence to Baker Hughes HSE and Quality policies and procedures
- Manage activities of AMO workshop to support ongoing operation and align production to meet operational activity demands
- Work closely with materials team to ensure planning, ordering and on time delivery of parts to support AMO activity
- Take ownership to drive KPI monitoring and improvements in the area of responsibility
- Develop and manage budget compliance; make recommendations on workplace, facility, and tooling requirements
- Coordinate specifications and procurement of capital expenditures to efficiently support AMO operation
- Plan, coordinate and direct all maintenance operations, including installation of equipment, preventative maintenance, and facility/equipment repair
- Ensure competent technical workforce through hiring, training, and developing to match operational activity
- Handle special projects as assigned
- Communicate with internal and external customers within the region and globally
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical or equivalent
- 4 years of experience in Services
- Minimum 3 additional years of experience in Assembly, Repair, Maintenance & Overhaul
- Demonstrated leadership and analytical skills
- Knowledge of AMO processes and procedures and their implementation
- Self contained, self motivated, with demonstrated leadership skills to lead a small to medium AMO Team and shop operation
- Fluent English

Qualifications
