Join our Sales team!

  • As a sales support specialist you will be responsible for managing inventories and tracking purchase orders for customers.

As a Sales Support Professional, you will be responsible for:

  • Manage assets and inventories for customer deliveries.
  • Track Purchase Order status.
  • Engage with manufacturing plants to follow up and ensure on time equipment readiness.
  • Create and submit sales invoices.
  • Engage with the customer for delivery requirements and planning.
  • Prepare and share quotations based on customer requests.
  • Prepare P&L sheet on monthly basis.
  • Engage with billing team for month closure.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a bachelor’s from an accredited university.
  • Have a maximum of 1 3 years of experience.
  • Be fluent in English (oral and written) and have effective communication skills.
  • Be ok to work in Abu Dhabi 2 3 days / week.
  • Be legally entitled to work within the country in which you are applying without company sponsorship.
