Job Description

  • Baker Hughes is seeking a Sales Support Professional to manage inventories and track purchase orders for customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage assets and inventories for customer deliveries.
  • Track Purchase Order status.
  • Engage with manufacturing plants to follow up and ensure on time equipment readiness.
  • Create and submit sales invoices.
  • Engage with the customer for delivery requirements and planning.
  • Prepare and share quotations based on customer requests.
  • Prepare P&L sheet on monthly basis.
  • Engage with billing team for month closure.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
  • Maximum of 1 3 years of experience.
  • Fluent in English (oral and written) with effective communication skills.
  • Willing to work in Abu Dhabi 2 3 days per week.
  • Legally entitled to work within the country without company sponsorship.
