- Define fit for purpose chemical, operational, and mechanical solutions for mature field applications
- Apply experience from implemented mitigation programs to improve performance
- Establish operating limits required to sustain reliable production
- Quantify production risk, deferment exposure, and value impact for integrated proposals
- Challenge flow assurance assumptions and guide junior specialists
Requirements
- BSc/MSc in Chemical, Petroleum, Mechanical, Process Engineering or related discipline
- 12 15+ years experience in flow assurance, production chemistry, production operations, or related field
- Direct experience on projects from concept design through execution and operations
- Deep expertise in solids, wax, scale, hydrates, corrosion, multiphase flow behavior
- Working knowledge of chemicals, inhibitors, monitoring systems, and facilities interventions
- Proven ability to translate flow assurance risks into bankable mitigation plans
